Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.
5. Payment Terms
We accept payments through:
Stripe payment processor for traditional payment methods
Solana Pay for cryptocurrency payments
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You agree not to:
Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
Transmit worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Share your account credentials with others

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CryptoTalks operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
